We are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Trainee Solicitor to join our Residential Conveyancing team and develop their career within a high-performing, modern practice.

Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will work closely with a qualified solicitor, supporting and gradually building responsibility in:
  • Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Supporting on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Drafting contracts, transfers, and supporting documentation
  • Reviewing title, searches, and raising enquiries
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
  • Using case management systems and digital onboarding tools
  • Ensuring compliance with lender requirements, regulatory obligations, and firm procedures

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious candidate who is serious about building a career in residential conveyancing.

Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate

  • A qualifying law degree (LLB/GDL) and progress toward SQE or LPC
  • A genuine interest in property law and conveyancing
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and client care skills
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • The ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment
  • Commercial awareness and interest in how a modern conveyancing practice operates

Prior experience in a conveyancing or legal environment is advantageous but not essential.
