We are looking for a Trainee Sprayer Operator to join the Frontier team, based at Holbeach, on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for agriculture, ideally with previous experience of spraying or operating farm machinery, who is looking to join a forward thinking, leading business.

About You
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about starting a career in agriculture and is eager to learn.
- Willing to work towards PA1 & PA2 qualifications (full training and support will be provided).
- Interested in operating farm machinery, with any previous experience being a bonus.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to new tasks and challenges.
- A team-oriented mindset, with the confidence to work independently when needed.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to engage with colleagues and external partners in a professional manner.

Your Role Will Involve
As a Trainee Sprayer Operator you will receive full support through our structured induction and ongoing training programme. Under the guidance of experienced team members, you will gradually take on responsibilities including:
- Learning to operate one of our modern, self-propelled sprayers to assist with the safe and timely application of crop protection products & liquid fertilisers.
- Support seasonal tasks including potato haulm flailing, potato fogging, soil sampling and assisting with crop protection deliveries.
- Gaining hands-on experience with a variety of farm machinery and learning best practices in machinery maintenance and field operations.
- Developing a strong understanding of health & safety procedures and environmental compliance.
