The Role

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and technical teams, ensuring customer and system requirements are accurately translated into practical, deliverable solutions.

Responsibilities

Core Duties

  • Assist in technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation activities across projects
  • Contribute to analysis of:
    • System performance
    • Technical risks
    • Costs
    • Supportability throughout the lifecycle
  • Translate customer and system requirements into structured engineering specifications and solutions
  • Support functional analysis, trade studies, interface definition, and requirements allocation
  • Help define hardware/software specifications based on project needs
  • Collaborate with design, testing, and operational teams across the:

Requirements

Key Attributes

  • Strong learning mindset and eagerness to develop within systems engineering
  • Proven problem-solving and structured analytical skills
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles (studied or trained)
  • Ability to work effectively in teams and follow guidance from senior engineers
  • Precision and diligence in handling routine tasks and quality-focused work

Education & Experience

  • Entry-level position: no formal industry experience required
  • Preferred qualifications (but not mandatory):
    • Degree, HNC/HND, or apprenticeship in engineering or a technical field
