Role: Trainee SEN Teacher (No teaching qualification required to start)

What You Need
- A degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (or solid experience with SEN).
- Genuine experience working with children with special educational needs.
- A full UK driving licence and your own car (essential due to our beautiful rural location).
- A desire to understand the why behind behaviour and make a tangible impact.
