What We're Looking For

  • Significant, proven experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, ideally supporting students with autism/ASC.
  • A genuine passion for education and a deep commitment to the progress and well-being of students with complex needs.
  • Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., Degree, A-Levels) required for teacher training eligibility.
  • Enthusiasm, resilience, and a proactive approach to professional development.
