Trainee Teacher Specialist SEN Education
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey

We provide an outstanding education for children and young people on the autism spectrum. This isn't your typical classroom role; you'll be working within a multidisciplinary team using evidence-based, data-driven approaches to unlock the potential of every pupil.
The Role
As a Trainee Teacher, you won't be thrown into the deep end alone. You will work 1:1 or in small groups with students, learning to implement bespoke educational and behavioural programs.

- Learn as You Earn: Gain hands-on experience in Special Educational Needs (SEN) while receiving comprehensive internal training.
- Behavioural Expertise: Master the principles of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to support communication and life skills.
- Collaborative Growth: Work alongside Speech and Language Therapists and Occupational Therapists to provide holistic support.
What We're Looking For
- Passion over Experience: You don't need a teaching degree yet. We value personality, patience, and a genuine desire to support young people with complex needs.
- Resilience: The ability to remain calm and positive in challenging situations.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for reporting on student progress.
- Education: A degree is preferred (ideally in Psychology or Education), but we welcome candidates with strong A-Levels and a heart for social care.
