Could You Be the Breakthrough a Child is Waiting For?
Role: Trainee Support and Specialist Teacher
Location: Cranleigh, Surrey (Beautiful Rural Campus)
Salary: Competitive + Full Training Provided (No Experience Necessary)
Some people go to work to clear a desk. Our team goes to work to clear hurdles.
We are a specialist school in Cranleigh dedicated to children and young people on the autism spectrum. We believe that every child has a voice: they just need the right person to help them find it. We are looking for Trainee Teachers who care more about a student's progress than their own CV.
What Does a Win Look Like Here?
In this role, success isn't a grade on a paper. It's:
- A student making eye contact for the first time.
- Teaching a teenager how to confidently ask for a drink.
- Supporting a child through a difficult morning and seeing them smile by lunch.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
