What’s the Opportunity?
You’ll be representing major brands at events and retail locations, engaging directly with customers and helping them connect with products and services that suit their needs. But it doesn’t stop there. You’ll also gain hands-on experience in leadership, with one-on-one mentoring designed to help you develop skills that will serve you for life.
From day one, you’ll:
- Connect with people face-to-face, learning how to build rapport and communicate effectively.
- Develop leadership skills, including how to coach and guide others as you progress.
- Set personal goals and work towards clear milestones, with support at every step.
- Gain exposure to business strategy, understanding what it takes to lead a team and drive results.

This is a self-employed opportunity, offering an uncapped commission-based structure. This means you’re in full control of your earnings, with top performers consistently achieving well above the advertised OTE.
