Training Apprentice

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our experienced Training Centre team.
Founded in 1837, John Deere is an iconic company providing advanced products and services for agriculture, construction, forestry, ground care and power systems.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support the setup and delivery of engaging training sessions
- Help create and update training materials and resources
- Assist during live training activities alongside experienced trainers
- Work with different teams across the business
- Contribute ideas to improve the learning experience
- Build confidence to support training delivery over time
- Complete your apprenticeship to grow your skills and career

What We Are Looking For
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Confidence working with people in a professional environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Industry experience is helpful but not essential
- Willingness to travel occasionally
