SCOPE OF THE ROLE
An individual at the start of their career, keen to learn, and work on significant construction projects.
Development will be provided via internal training and optional academic qualification, to produce a person that is multi-disciplined.
Key Functions
This role will require the individual to:
- Learn and use software used by the business (Revit, Autodesk Fabrication, AutoCAD).
- Learn and conduct clash detection tests and model reviews using Navisworks, Solibri and Revizto.
- Learn how to interpret Schematics and Schedules.
- Learn how to draw Building Services, ductwork, pipework and electrical systems.
- Learn how to produce 2D sheets.
- Learn the process of 3D model Authorship.
- Learn how Fulcro assists its clients with ensuring project specification documentation is being implemented and followed by project teams.
- Learn how to set-up and manage Project Information Models.
- Attend Coordination/Review meetings (internally/externally).
- Assist Project/Delivery Manager in task completion.

PERSONAL QUALITIES
The key is attitude and aptitude. We are looking for:
- Interest in 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have the desire, drive, and willingness to continuously develop and learn.
- Technical problem-solving abilities.
- Initiative in delivering to time/budget.
- A Team player.
- An interest in 3D Modelling and Technical Design.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
- Good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Windows Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, & PowerPoint).
- GCSE Grade A-C (4+) in Math's and English.
Desirable:
- Construction Industry Experience.
- Higher Qualifications relevant to the industry.
