What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Trainee Program, you’ll benefit from:

  • Comprehensive training delivered by experienced, qualified technicians.
  • Support to obtain a nationally recognised qualification in Automotive Glazing (NVQ Level 2 & 3).
  • After 10 weeks, you’ll gain confidence handling tasks independently under guidance while working alongside experts.
  • Ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement in techniques and processes.
  • Specialist training in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid vehicles, and electric vehicles (upon selection).
  • A role requiring maintaining a safe and professional environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
