What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our Trainee Program, you’ll benefit from:
- Comprehensive training delivered by experienced, qualified technicians.
- Support to obtain a nationally recognised qualification in Automotive Glazing (NVQ Level 2 & 3).
- After 10 weeks, you’ll gain confidence handling tasks independently under guidance while working alongside experts.
- Ongoing support to ensure continuous improvement in techniques and processes.
- Specialist training in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid vehicles, and electric vehicles (upon selection).
- A role requiring maintaining a safe and professional environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

Upon completion of your training, you’ll perform windscreen and body glass repairs and installations while delivering outstanding customer service.

As jobs entail both branch-based and mobile work, a valid driving licence is essential. You’ll also perform physical tasks and drive to meet customers in designated locations.
