Trainee Technician – National Windscreens (Hoddesdon)

National Windscreens is UK’s largest independent automotive glass repair and replacement specialist. What You’ll Be Doing...

As part of our Trainee Program, you’ll enjoy:

  • High-quality training delivered by experienced technicians and qualified trainers.
  • Nationally recognised qualification (NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Automotive Glazing) through classroom sessions and hands-on practice.
  • Full independence after 10 weeks of training, enabling you to work autonomously.
  • Continuous support to refine your skills and stay updated with techniques.
  • Additional training in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid, and electric vehicle repairs.
  • The responsibility to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
