Trainee Technician – National Windscreens (Hoddesdon)

What You’ll Be Doing...
As part of our Trainee Program, you’ll enjoy:
- High-quality training delivered by experienced technicians and qualified trainers.
- Nationally recognised qualification (NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Automotive Glazing) through classroom sessions and hands-on practice.
- Full independence after 10 weeks of training, enabling you to work autonomously.
- Continuous support to refine your skills and stay updated with techniques.
- Additional training in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid, and electric vehicle repairs.
- The responsibility to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers.

- A full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role; you’ll visit customers).
- Comfort with physical work and travel in designated areas.
