Trainee Technician Opportunity at National Windscreens – Romford

What You’ll Be Doing
By joining our Trainee Program, you’ll:
- Receive high-standard training from experienced technicians and qualified trainers, including:
- On-the-job training alongside qualified professionals
- Classroom-based learning and practical experience
- Earn a nationally recognised qualification—NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Automotive Glazing
- Work independently within 10 weeks of training
- Access ongoing support and continuous learning to ensure you stay up to date with industry advancements
- Train in Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration, hybrid, and electric vehicles
- Uphold a safe working environment for yourself, colleagues, and customers

Upon successfully completing the program, your role will involve:
- Repairing and replacing windscreens and body glass
- Delivering exceptional customer service

- No previous experience needed—we value motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
- Practical mindset with a preference for hands-on training alongside technically accredited staff
- A customer-focused attitude essential in our service-driven role
- Meticulous and focused, with a practical approach to problem-solving—both in training and customer-facing scenarios
Your ideal candidate:
- Holds a valid driving licence (essential for branch-based and mobile work)
- Is adaptable, comfortable in customer-facing roles, and happy to travel to meet clients
