Join Our Trainee Technician Programme (St Austell Branch)
Presently seeking candidates for a Trainee Technician position at National Windscreens STS AUSTELL, offering a fantastic opportunity for a structured career entry into automotive repair.
A Day in Your Role

Structured Training:
- Receive top-tier hands-on training and guidance from seasoned qualified technicians and trainers.
- Achieve a nationally recognised NVQ in Automotive Glazing (Level 2 & 3) — fully funded.
- Complete 10 weeks of training, balancing classroom studies and in-field experience under supportive mentors.

Specialised Development:
- Gain Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration expertise.
- Learn about hybrid and electric vehicle handling.
- Progressive enablement to work independently post-training period.
