We are seeking proactive and motivated individuals who can work off their own initiative, are able to work flexibly (days/nights) as and when required and are drug and alcohol free! NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Must have a valid UK driving license and be able to travel to the Lincoln depot LN4 and back
Rate of Pay:
- From £14.63 per hour (starting rate)

Role and Responsibilities:
- Receive briefing from the Lead Operative prior to the commencement of each contract
- Develop a clear understanding of the hazards involved with and safe method to be employed for each contract, prior to leaving the yard
- Organisation and control of the safe loading and securing of all equipment onto TMIV's in accordance with appropriate regulations prior to transporting to or from site
- All procedures are completed in accordance with Company Policy, i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklist etc
- All Operatives must have the correct P.P.E. and any other equipment for the activity to be completed
- Effective liaison with clients on-site to promote a positive company image in all circumstances
- Install, maintain and remove all TM required as per briefing given by Lead Operative/Contracts Department/Clients
- Any changes to pre-planned activities are implemented, recorded and communicated to the operations department at the earliest opportunity when required
- Ensure all paperwork is up to date, signed by the relevant people and returned to the contracts department upon completion of the contract
- Inexperienced operatives are given suitable supervision and instruction on-site to assist in the development of their skills
- All TMIV's (Traffic Management Installation Vehicles) uses are left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each shift
- All equipment is returned to the pre-determined location upon return to the yard
- All losses and damage of equipment is recorded and communicated to the contracts department at the earliest opportunity
- All yard duties are completed as requested by management

Requirements
- MUST be drug and alcohol free
- MUST have UK driving license (with 2 years experience and no more than 3 points)
- Must be 21 or over due to insurance purposes
- Must be able to attend a TTMBC course
