Role Highlights
- Cash & Liquidity Management: Monitor daily cash positions and support forecasting to ensure the business is optimally funded.
- FX & Exposure Management: Identify foreign currency exposures and support hedging activities.
- Cash Flow & Reporting: Analyse cash flow actuals and assist with forecasting and reporting.
- Reconciliations: Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies accurately and efficiently.
- Treasury Operations: Manage cash transfers, client refunds, and support ongoing treasury projects and improvements.
It Would Be Great If
- You have treasury or cash management experience or are a recent graduate and want to start your career within finance
- You are highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- You are ideally working towards an AAT qualification, have already achieved AAT qualifications, or are keen to begin a professional finance qualification.
- You can manage priorities effectively and work both independently and as part of a Team
- You’re confident using Excel and finance systems (ideally Microsoft D365)

The Interview Process
One of our recruiters will personally review your application. If successful, we’ll invite you to a short call to discuss the role in more detail and talk through next steps. The final stage is a face-to-face interview with the hiring team at our Witney office. This will be a 90-minute session, during which you’ll also complete and present a task. Following your interview, we’ll provide an outcome and detailed feedback. We also welcome your feedback to help us continuously improve our recruitment process.
