You’ll work closely with CCTV reports and video footage, assessing defects in drainage/sewer systems and coordinating repairs per client requirements. This role blends technical analysis, curatorial processes, and client engagement—perfect for building a career in infrastructure maintenance.
Key Responsibilities

Repair Coordination:
- Review CCTV reports/videos to identify defects; coordinate repairs aligned with client priorities.
- Communicate with clients for approval on recommended fixes.
- Work in quality control, ensuring meticulous adherence to standards post-repair.

Administrative Support:
- Draft compelling scopes for scouting teams.
- Track work orders, data entry, and progress reports.
- Ensure clear documentation for operational delivery (e.g., access details, traffic management).

Problem-Solving:
- Liaise with operations to escalate risks and implement additional cleaning measures.
- Handle complex, campaign-wide data management and glidepath analysis.

Specialised Tasks:
- Assist scouting teams in site investigations (e.g., manhole assessments).
- Support standardisation initiatives (e.g., app patches, liner protocols).

About You
This is an entry-level opportunity, so enthusiasm and ambition matter more than experience. Success here depends on your ability to:
- Navigate technical data with minimal analog guidance.
- Work with Microsoft Excel (formulas, filtering) and PowerPoint.
- Handle repetitive yet detail-oriented tasks, like reviewing video footage.
Equally important: ✔ Comfort with Microsoft Office applications ✔ A practical, methodical approach to problem-solving ✔ Interest in water/utilities (though unrelated experience accepted)
