About the Role
Want to kickstart your career in the automotive industry? Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS), the UK’s largest Commercial Vehicle Tyre service provider, is recruiting a dedicated and motivated Vehicle Tyre Fitter to join their team.
You’ll complete a 6–12 month Technician training program, learning everything you need to become a qualified tyre fitting specialist. Gain hands-on experience repairing and fitting tyres for cars, vans, trucks, agricultural, industrial and earthmover vehicles while receiving guidance from a mentor and our dedicated Training Team.

Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured Technician training program (6–12 months).
- Fit and repair tyres for car, van, truck, agricultural, industrial and earthmover vehicles.
- Work under the guidance of an experienced colleague and the Training Team.
- Deliver strong customer service in all interactions.
- Flexibly work on weeks and overtime, scheduled as per business needs.
Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- A passion for the automotive industry and a willingness to gain qualifications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
- A valid full, current driving licence.
