Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: £24,825 - £29,500 per annum
- Uncapped bonus scheme, including overtime & call-out rates
- Mobile role: Van, essential tools, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided
Hours & Location
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00 Saturday: 08:00 – 12:00
(Out-of-hours availability included for overtime/call-out pay.)
About the Role
Qualified Vehicle Tyre Fitter Training Program Are you eager to kickstart or advance your career in automotive servicing? Halfords Commercial Fleet Services (HCFS)—the UK’s largest Commercial Vehicle Tyre service provider—offers a 6–12 month training program to become a qualified Vehicle Tyre Fitter.
What you’ll do:
- Train under experienced colleagues and our dedicated Training Team.
- Fit, remove, and repair,
- Tyre types: Cars, vans, trucks, agricultural equipment, industrial and earthmover tyres.
- Adopt a strong customer service focus in all interactions.
- Progress toward automotive qualifications.

Skills & Requirements
Must have or be willing to gain:
- Full, current driving licence (a Requirement).
- Passion for automotive industry and enthusiasm to obtain qualifications.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work extra hours when needed.
Perfect but flexible candidates may prioritise: ✔ People with a basic understanding of tyres and vehicles (taxis/deliveries). ✔ Those familiar with Iridium, Tyrepower, or local commercial tyre services.
