Location: Field Based – Gloucester
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Salary: £30,230 (based on a 40-hour working week) On Target Earnings (OTE): Top performers can earn upwards of £44,000

Programme Overview

Duration: A 18-month immersive journey where you’ll:
- Dive into the latest automotive technologies (including EV certification)
- Complete workshops led by in-house training experts
- Gain hands-on motor mechanics skills

Mentorship: A senior patrol expert guides your development with 1:1 support

Real-World Experience: Fossil fuel and diesel vehicles across on-road repair and breakdowns

Certification: Gain IMI qualifications, EV certification, and technical learning
Working Flexibility & Location
- Work starts & ends on your driveway—earn from a paid start to finish in our vans
- Choose your own standby hours to match your lifestyle
- Sign-on locations available for discussion
We provide everything you need—your van, full uniform, boots, and the best equipment on the market.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll need:
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, or customer service
- Full Category B (car) driving licence—maximum of 6 points (or less)
- We’ll fully fund BE licence training if needed!
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (weekends, evenings, even bank holidays)
