Salary: £33,936 (based on an average 40-hour working week) On-Target Earnings (OTE): Top performers can earn upwards of £44,000

About the Role
Become part of The AAspired Development Programme for Aspiring Trainee Vehicle Mechanics—designed for those destined to become fully competent AAA Patrols.
This innovative programme is your perfect entry point to develop skills that will turbo-charge your career in automotive repair and customer service. You’ll gain hands-on experience while supported by expert mentorship and cutting-edge training.

Programme Overview
Duration: 18 months A journey of discovery in the latest automotive technologies, led by our in-house training experts, including:
- Workshops covering modern mechanics
- Mentorship from a seasoned patrol expert
- Real-world experience on the job
- Certifications: IMI & EV certifications to enhance your industry credibility

- Base & Commute: Work starts and finishes on your driveway (paid from entering to exiting the van).

Eligibility & Requirements
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, repair or customer service (see examples below)
- A full Category B driving licence (with 6 points or fewer)
- Support for Category BE (towing) if needed
- Ability to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

- Apprentice – 2nd year completed (Level 2)

- Motorbike Mechanic
- Aerospace Technician
- Vintage Car Restorer
