AA Trainee Vehicle Mechanic Development Programme

Location: Field Based – London North West

Employment Type: Full time, permanent

Salary: £34,719 (based on an average 40-hour working week)

On Target Earnings: Top performers can earn upwards of OTE £44,000

Start Date: 24th of August 2026

"The AAccelerated Development Programme for AA Aspiring Trainee Vehicle Mechanics who are ready to turbo-charge their careers and become fully competent AA patrols."

What You Need

  • Some experience in vehicle maintenance, repair, or customer service.
  • A full category B driving licence with 6 points or less (if you lack category BE (towing), we’ll fund this for you).
  • Willingness to work shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
