Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultant

What can you expect to earn:

  • 1st Year OTE £35k-£45k
  • 2nd Year £50k+
  • 3rd Year £80k -£100k+

Plexus are hiring Trainee/Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join our rapidly growing team!

Since its founding in 2017, Plexus has grown into the biggest Web3 recruiter on the planet!

Our training programme will get you up-to-speed with everything you need to know about recruitment and the crypto & blockchain space. We have confidence in our people, so you’ll be on the phones by the end of your first week.

It’s our culture that sets us apart; you won’t catch us in suits and ties, but you will catch us having Friday beers, out at lunch clubs, or off on holidays (Croatia, Ibiza, Malta, Dubai, Sweden etc!).

The role👀:

All our recruitment consultants start out as 180 delivery consultants for the first few weeks.

We will train you to:

  • Understand the requirements of our key clients
  • Find candidates through job boards and advertising
  • Qualify the candidates over the phone
  • Manage your shortlisted candidates through the interview and hiring process
  • Build a personal brand through online marketing and platforms like LinkedIn

You will then have the opportunity to go 360, meaning you:

  • Work the full recruitment life cycle
  • Generate leads and develop relationships with companies to win new business for yourself and Plexus
