Role: Graduate/Entry Level Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London
What can you expect to earn:
- 1st Year OTE £35k-£45k
- 2nd Year £50k -£80k
- 3rd Year £80k -£100k+

The role
Recruitment involves matching up a person looking for a job (candidate) with a company looking for new talent (the client) and managing the whole process. Depending on the role you take at Plexus, you can either work the candidate side (often called delivery, or 180), or both sides (called 360).
