Trainee/Level 3 Welder (Technical Progression)
Location: Truro
Salary: Up to £14.47 DOE + In-House Training + Career Progression + Optional Overtime + PPE + Company Benefits/Bonus + 4-Day Working Week

In this role you will be responsible for all MIG Welding operations, predominantly Welding with steel. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting Engineering drawings.
This role would suit someone who holds a Welding certificate, or a Welder who has a few years' experience, looking for a role at a manufacturer with an abundance of history, who champion their employees through attainable career progression opportunities, optional overtime allowing you to increase your earning potential and excellent training opportunities.
The Role
- Carrying out all Welding operations
- Welding with predominantly steel and stainless steel
- Reading off technical and Engineering drawings

- Recent collage leaver with a Welding certificate
- Welder with a few years' experience, looking for technical progression
- Commutable distance to Truro
