This role will require you to be based on site 5 days a week with regular travel to other JLR sites across the West Midlands.

The integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (iERP) programme aims to completely transform the way in which JLR operates to manage our materials from Idea to Product. We have a clear vision to deliver a unified end to end process and toolset with connected, traceable data throughout all functions. By enabling employees with the provision of always live data and dashboards we will allow full focus on true value creation.

To enable JLR to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, a Business Systems Delivery team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation. The Business Systems Delivery team is the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Systems programmes within the business. The team combines business change, training and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience.

What To Expect

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organisation. Here’s what to expect:

  • Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow/ WalkMe and Articulate RISE
  • Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference user guides
  • Deliver blended learning packages from on-the-job training and webinars to classroom-based PowerPoints and simulations
  • Evaluating the SAP users’ level of knowledge at appropriate levels
  • Support and develop end users post go-live

What You’ll Need

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Proven experience designing and delivering end-user training programmes
  • Strong hands-on experience with SAP Enable Now or similar recording tools
  • Experience developing digital learning content using Rise 360 (Articulate 360) or similar e-learning tools
  • Ability to understand and document business processes and translate them into effective learning solutions
  • Experience supporting change management and user adoption activities within transformation programmes
