Job Summary

The Trainer/Assessor delivers high-quality training and assessments across St John Ambulance, ensuring learners receive a professional, engaging, and consistent experience.

This role supports the organisation’s mission by:

  • Delivering accredited courses compliant with awarding body requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of compliance, safety, and learner satisfaction
  • Promoting products and services
  • Supporting continuous improvement
  • Upholding the reputation for excellent training delivery

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training courses and assessments at a consistently high standard
  • Ensure alignment with St John Ambulance policies and awarding body requirements
  • Prepare training environments and ensure materials meet high standards
  • Engage learners effectively and complete all documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain equipment in safe, functional, and compliant condition
