About the Role
The Trainer will play a crucial role in elevating service quality across London’s chauffeur fleet. As we maintain our operations in London, this role is essential for ensuring every chauffeur consistently delivers Wheely’s service standards. You’ll:
- Deliver engaging, standards-aligned training sessions
- Assess chauffeur performance and provide constructive feedback in 1:1 coaching/QC checks
- Serve as the expert guide—supporting drivers with knowledge and guidance for luxury service excellence
- Shape exceptional passenger experiences in London

Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact training to embed five-star luxury experience standards for Wheely chauffeurs, using engaging, credible facilitation
- Assess performance against Wheely’s criteria with actionable, tailored feedback via:
- Coaching sessions
- One-on-one training
- Quality checks
- Collaborate with regional peers to continuously refine processes and exceed passenger expectations
Requirements
- Passion for training and mentoring with a focus on raising standards
- 2+ years delivering group training, preferred in luxury or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to facilitate engaging sessions that meet demanding quality benchmarks -Working knowledge of Google Slides/PowerPoint (essential for training materials)
- 2+ years relevant experience in luxury or high-touch industries
- Strong person-development mindset—knowing how to coach and improve
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Plus Mark: Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles + technical specifications is highly valued
