Galaxy Workshop Trainer

Full Time - 40HR
Salary - £30,000
Bonus potential - 20%

Role Summary

As a Galaxy Workshop Trainer, you will be a crucial part of our store teams, connecting Samsung's innovative technology with our valued customers. Your main task is to deliver exceptional, personalised brand experiences, making us the preferred choice on the high street. Leading Galaxy workshops, you will use your product knowledge to boost customer and colleague engagement. Success in this role requires confidence in customer interactions, presenting to people and thriving in a dynamic retail environment, embodying our core values to strengthen the bond between our customers, your colleagues and Samsung products.

Core Responsibilities Include

  • Delivery of Galaxy Workshops
    • Deliver engaging tech product presentations to various audience sizes, showcasing the latest technology through hands-on experiences.
    • Tailor sessions to customer interests by highlighting relevant features.
    • Encourage in-store shoppers to attend Galaxy Workshops and return for additional sessions.
    • Support store colleagues with customer demonstrations and promote Galaxy Workshop bookings between sessions.

  • Customer Experience

    • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalized product presentations and workshops.
    • Foster loyalty and satisfaction by addressing specific customer questions post-training.
    • Clearly communicate the unique selling points of tech products during demonstrations.
  • Driving product engagement with Customers and Colleagues

    • Educate customers and colleagues on tech product functionalities and benefits, creating meaningful connections during demonstrations.
    • Showcase features to reinforce brand identity, deliver with enthusiasm and expertise, and adapt to upsell.
    • Capture daily activity data and ensure NPS surveys are completed.
    • Keep colleague training up to date and front of mind with full store team.

Evidencable Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Be a strong communicator, confident in presenting to and educating customers.
  • Able to tailor your communication approach to different audiences whilst understanding individual needs.
  • Be curious with a passion for the latest tech.
  • Have proven experience in delivering presentations to large audiences.
  • Able to demonstrate experience in retail or customer service and following a customer journey.
  • Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment.
  • Friendly, confident with an engaging approach.
  • Able to work well as part of a team locally and part of a remote field team.
