Training Administrator - Leamington Spa - 12 Month FTC - £28,000

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Training Administrator to join a leading training provider in Leamington Spa. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative/coordination and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate training courses and learner enrolments.
  • Maintain accurate learner records and training documentation.
  • Schedule training sessions, reviews, and assessments.
  • Liaise with learners, employers, trainers, and awarding organisations.
  • Prepare course materials, certificates, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality and funding requirements.
  • Provide general administrative support to the training team.

You will have:

  • Previous administration/coordination experience.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude.

Experience within a training, education, or apprenticeship environment is desirable but not essential.
