In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of training programmes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including booking venues, arranging resources, and managing participant registrations.
- Maintain accurate records of training programmes, schedules, and participant attendance.
- Assist with the preparation of training materials and ensure all resources are available for trainers and participants.
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding training schedules, updates, and changes.
- Handle inquiries related to training programmes and provide customer service support to participants.
- Process training-related documents, including invoices, contracts, and certificates.
- Track and report on training outcomes, feedback, and evaluations.
- Support trainers and facilitators with logistical arrangements, including technology setup and material distribution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and training standards.
- Assist with the development and maintenance of training databases and systems.
