This role sits in the Operational Excellence Team within Tax Operations at Revenue Scotland, supporting the organisation’s commitment to delivering high-quality public services.

The team’s purpose is to build capability, ensure consistency and enable colleagues to perform effectively in a complex and evolving operational and legislative landscape.

Tax Operations

Tax Operations is made up of 6 teams, and you will predominantly be working with the Service Delivery Teams and the Continuous Improvement Team. You will be required to collaborate and engage with a wide range of teams across Revenue Scotland.

Your Role

You will lead the design and delivery of training solutions across Tax Operations. Your main objective is to strengthen capability, improve performance and ensure staff are equipped with the skills, knowledge and behaviours needed to deliver a high-quality, compliant service.
