About The Role
Salary: £37,878 - £44,432 plus up to 10% bonus, company car or allowance (up to £7,356.10), 5% employer pension, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays. The role involves travel across the Central and South East (Birmingham, Milton Keynes, Ruislip, Bracknell). Working pattern: Any 5 from 6 (Mon–Sat), with up to 12 Saturdays per year. About The Role
What will I be doing?
Working with the Health, Safety & Transport Training Manager, ensuring that the training content, course material and course delivery are of a high standard. Arrange and deliver practical and engaging health, safety & transport training. Build strong and positive relationship with key stakeholders to ensure full participation and attendance to all training course to raise the safety standards within SUEZ R&R. Provide & maintain training data Assist in the analysis of performance data (including incidents) to identify improvements to existing learning approaches and packages. Maintaining a professional qualification to deliver Health, Safety and Transport training, and ensure that all training and assessments comply with relevant statutory regulations and internally set guidelines and standards. Input into the regular review of policies and procedures which relate to health, safety and transport. Review of new technological or digital approaches by the business to determine any adaption to the training needs.

What are the requirements?
DVLA Cat C Licence (min. 3 years) and in‑date Driver CPC. Ideally LGV instructional/assessor experience. Willingness to travel regionally (and occasionally nationally), including overnight stays. IOSH Managing Safely (working towards NEBOSH General Certificate). PTTLS/NVQ Level 3 in education and training (or working towards). First Aid certificate (or working towards). Strong communication skills and the ability to engage at all levels. Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to plan and deliver lessons independently. IT literacy (Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Teams, etc.). Understanding of relevant legislation, ACoPs and industry guidance. Candidates with experience in either Transport or Health & Safety are encouraged to apply, we can train you in the other area.
