About the Role
Plan, deliver, and evaluate training programs to improve employee performance and compliance for the organisation. Key Performance Indicators:
- Deliver training calendar on schedule
- Increase learner completion and satisfaction
- Improve competency scores post-training
- Ensure compliance training completion
- Track training ROI and report insights

Qualifications
- Proven experience managing training programs
- Strong knowledge of LMS and training delivery
- Relevant qualification in HR/Training/Coaching (preferred)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Additional Information
- Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30
- Company car included
- In office working
