  • Maintain training and safety-critical competency assessment records, ensuring data integrity and proper filing.
  • Enter data into computer systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, or specialised software.
  • Handle customer and business queries via email, telephone, payments, and invoicing.
  • Oversee the day-to-day running of the Academy, coordinating the delivery of training courses and events to meet external and internal requirements.

You will also play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of training and events, including:

  • Developing, managing, and delivering training plans and calendars for Siemens Mobility and NTAR.

  • Providing instructions, completion certificates, and course content availability for delegates.
  • Handling general bookings, pre-event queries, and social media coordination.
  • Processing payment queries (POs and card payments) and managing calls if required.
  • Ensuring all resources—classrooms, AV equipment, consumables, refreshments—are ready for events.
  • Assisting with delegate entry, parking, welcome, checkout, and on-site queries.
  • Collecting and reporting learner and stakeholder satisfaction data.
  • Carrying out research for external suppliers and providing cost-effective solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
