Family Gateway is a community based charity established in 2011 that works with individuals, children and families to alleviate poverty, improve wellbeing, raise aspiration and increase employability. We are looking to recruit to the role of Training & Development Officer who will play an integral part in enabling us to successfully achieve our Strategic plans by leading and expanding our training, volunteer and student placement offer.

Our Training and Volunteering Officer will be values led with a friendly, welcoming, patient and non-judgemental approach to training. They will have a strong work ethic with experience of working as part of a team to meet objectives. They will also have the ability to use their own initiative, have a flexible approach to work with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
