What's it all about?

You provide product consultation, training and support on protection testing and diagnostic equipment for digital protection systems associated to our customer base.

  • You troubleshoot technical problems for customer and sales support and provide on-site support for customers in all questions concerning OMICRON applications.
  • You develop and deliver training for OMICRON's products, both in person and with webinars.
  • You provide input on new products, product strategies, development, and application needs.
  • You are directly involved with power system assets, in the generation, transmission & distribution areas.
  • You manage and develop application notes and technical papers, including presentations at relevant seminars/conferences.
  • Travel share is up to 50%.

What are we looking for?

  • You have successfully completed your graduate education in electronics or electrical engineering.
  • You have several years of experience in power systems, especially in the fields of substation protection apparatus.
  • You have customer support experience and enjoy giving training in both classroom and field environment.
  • You have a pro-active and open personality.
  • You are service-oriented and enjoy working with customers and our motivated team.
  • Communication and organizational skills are among your strengths.
  • You are flexible, and would enjoy traveling to other countries.
