Centre Administrator (Temporary - Part-Time, 3 days per week) – Leicester Training Centre Salary - £14,880 (FTE £24,800) - £15,600 (FTE £26,000) The Role: Are you an organised, proactive administrator with a passion for supporting others? Join our welcoming and energetic team as the Centre Administrator at our vibrant Leicester Training Centre – your base for four exciting days each week! You'll be the heartbeat of the centre, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. From supporting tutors and learners to keeping things organised and efficient, your contribution will be vital to the success of our daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who’s looking for a flexible, rewarding part-time role in a friendly, supportive environment where no two days are ever the same. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Centre Manager and wider team Maintain accurate learner records and data in line with GDPR Be the friendly first point of contact for enquiries – in person, over the phone, and via email Support the learner journey through enrolment, registers, and general queries Liaise with external partners and stakeholders Keep the centre running smoothly with tasks like ordering supplies, filing, and scheduling Monitor and report on attendance, progress, and performance data Help coordinate centre events and activities throughout the year About You: You’re someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in being organised, and genuinely enjoys supporting others. You’ll bring excellent communication skills, a can-do attitude, and great attention to detail. Essential Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative role – education or training sector experience is a bonus Excellent organisation and time management skills Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Able to work independently and collaboratively A positive, learner-focused approach Desirable: Experience in a training or educational setting Familiarity with learner management systems (LMS)
