Salary: £27,796 to £31,319
Hours: We can offer flexible working arrangements and welcome applications from candidates seeking either full-time or part-time hours.

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Training Department, ensuring the smooth coordination and delivery of training programmes for both internal teams and external customers.

What does this role involve?
Day To Day You Will
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and programmes
- Provide administrative support to the Training team, including managing bookings, materials, and communications
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure a seamless training experience
- Support the preparation of training materials, reports, and presentations
- Provide ad-hoc administrative cover for Operations during periods of annual leave or sickness
- Ensure all systems and trackers are kept up to date
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong organisational and time management skills, who demonstrates excellent attention to detail and can communicate confidently, both written and verbally.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a proactive approach and a willingness to support wider team activities.
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is essential, and previous administrative experience ideally within a training environment is desirable, though not essential.
