Training Co-ordinator (Fixed Term)
Location: Andover, supporting Llanidloes

We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Co-ordinator to join our HR team on a fixed-term basis. This role will play a key part in ensuring training compliance across our Lamb sites and supporting the successful implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS).

What you'll be doing
- Auditing training records and identifying compliance gaps.
- Working with managers and subject matter experts to ensure mandatory training requirements are met.
- Supporting the implementation and maintenance of our new LMS.
- Building learning assignments, curricula, and validation processes within the system.
- Producing reports and tracking progress against training objectives.
- Promoting engagement with the LMS and supporting managers to maximise its effectiveness.

What you'll bring
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel and data management.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to build effective working relationships across multiple sites.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
