Training, Compliance & Safety Officer – Feedmill, Westbury
About the Role
Salary: Up to £37,000 per year (DOE) Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00)

Your Role
We’re looking for a proactive and safety-focused Training, Compliance & Safety Officer to join our Agriculture team at the Westbury Feedmill. You’ll play a key part in ensuring site compliance with health & safety and training standards, supporting audits, developing procedures, and conducting risk assessments. Key responsibilities will also include:
- Onboarding new staff
- Delivering toolbox talks
- Monitoring ongoing training needs
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and review risk assessments and procedures
- Lead site inspections and compliance reporting
- Support incident investigations and audits
- Manage hygiene and training standards
- Deliver training and competency reviews
- Liaise with other safety officers to share best practices

What You’ll Need
- IOSH qualification (required)
- NEBOSH qualification (preferred)
- Experience delivering training (required)
- Internal auditing experience and knowledge of safety regulations (desirable)
- Experience in agriculture or similar environments (a plus)
