About the Role
Anna Freud seeks an Experienced Training, Conferences and Events Manager to join their world-leading mental health charity for children, young people, and their families. The role involves advancing best practice in mental health and providing training, conferences, and events to support their mission.

What You’ll Do
Lead the high-quality delivery of training programmes, conferences, and events, with responsibilities including:
- Managing budgets, resources, and project performance
- Building strong stakeholder relationships
- Mentoring and developing team members (you’ll manage a 6-person MBT/SCM sub-team)
- Using data and insights to drive growth and improvement
- Collaborating on strategic initiatives to expand Anna Freud’s impact
The Training team consists of 30 staff, and you may also contribute to other training-related projects.

Key Details

Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (09:00–17:00)
- Flexibility required to accommodate training outside core hours

Salary: £41,810 per annum (FTE), plus 6% pension contribution

- Hybrid working model (minimum 20% in-person at our London office)
