Training Content Designer - Finance

Training Content Designer – SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation (3 Roles)

3-Month Contract | Fully Remote | Day Rate – Inside IR35

We're recruiting 3x Training Content Designers to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance Transformation Programme.

This is a content-focused contract, responsible for designing and developing high-quality digital learning materials that enable Finance teams to successfully adopt new SAP processes and ways of working. Working alongside Change, Finance and Programme stakeholders, you'll translate complex business processes into engaging, user-friendly learning content that supports adoption across the organisation.

We're particularly interested in candidates with experience developing learning content for SAP S/4HANA, ERP or Finance Transformation programmes. Whilst experience with WalkMe would be advantageous, we're equally keen to speak with candidates who have worked with SAP Enable Now, Articulate 360 (Rise & Storyline) or similar digital learning and content simulation tools.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
