Job Description

Location: Corby

Salary: £29,020

Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

As a Training Coordinator you will be a key point of contact for Learning and Development queries for colleagues across the business unit, L&D Business Management as well as liaising with a range of external contractors. You will deliver various mandatory training courses, inductions, and site tours as well as, scheduling courses and venues, resources and materials, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring the efficient and smooth running of the team whilst managing your administration of the post.

  • Lead and support training and other professional development activities.
  • Provide administration and coordination support for all training activities.
  • Support the education and development of current and propose future designs to suit new business ventures, ‘best practice’ processes, and techniques.
  • Communicate with the company, and individual teams, to keep them informed of the online learning goals, vision, objectives, and integrations.
  • Continuously review and improve system processes and content.
  • Source and work closely with appropriate external vendors to ensure efficient creation of content resources.
  • Ensure quality systems are followed at all times.
  • Provide daily tactical support at all times.
  • Complete all traceability of records through accurate and timely completion of all documentation within the remit of your role.

  • Experience working with several systems and training business activities.
  • Experience working within a fast-moving distribution environment
  • Presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage high volume administration tasks
  • Working knowledge of recording, maintaining and reporting on L&D activities (including updating skill matrix to fit current and future business requirements)
  • Training Systems knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Someone who is self-driven with excellent attention to detail
