Are you passionate about developing others and making a real difference in people’s careers?
We’re looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator with solid experience in a call center within the insurance sector, particularly on a Motor & Home team, to join our UK Operational Training team in Redhill.
This role is vital in supporting the growth and development of our operational teams, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding training programmes for new starters to help them succeed.
- Organize and run ongoing training sessions to support business needs.
- Keep all training materials current, organized, and up-to-date.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, ensuring GDPR and compliance standards are met.
- Evaluate each training session and use feedback to improve future programs.
- Build strong relationships with managers, HR, and the Learning & Development team to ensure effective and relevant training.

What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in training coordination or learning & development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear, confident communication abilities.
- Familiarity with training software and record-keeping systems.
- A proactive, positive attitude with team spirit.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and stakeholders.
Note: As a precondition of employment, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
