Join us and be part of a team that values professionalism, integrity, and excellence. This role offers growth and opportunities, and we look forward to discussing these with you!
We are committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. As a leading company in the construction industry, we recognise the value of investing in our employees' development.
The Candidate
Based at our Head Office in Smallfield (own transport preferred), this is a full-time, office-based role (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday). We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Training Coordinator, to take ownership of the day-to-day management of our company-wide training programme.
Working independently, you'll coordinate training across the business, maintain compliance with industry requirements, oversee CITB grant administration and become the central point of contact for all training-related activity.
This role would suit someone with excellent organisational skills who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, building relationships and making processes run efficiently. Whilst previous construction training experience is advantageous, we're equally interested in candidates with strong administration and coordination experience who are keen to learn as full training will be given.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
