Training Coordinator
Location: Redhill, UK
Are you passionate about developing others and making a real difference in people’s careers?
We are looking for a dedicated Training Coordinator to join our UK Operational Training team. This role is vital in supporting the growth and development of our operational teams, ensuring they have the right skills and knowledge to succeed.
About the Role
You will coordinate and oversee the training and development of new and existing operational team members, driving skills growth and ensuring continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver onboarding training programs for new starters, ensuring they are well-prepared for their roles.
- Organize and run ongoing training sessions to support business needs and maintain upskilling across teams.
- Keep training materials updated and ensure they are accessible and well-organised.
- Maintain accurate records of all training activities while ensuring compliance with GDPR and relevant standards.
- Evaluate training session performance, gather feedback, and use insights to improve future training efforts.
- Collaborate with managers, HR, and Learning & Development teams to align training with business objectives and employee needs.

Requirements
- Previous experience in training coordination, learning & development, or a relevant L&D support role.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to deliver training confidently.
- Familiarity with training software and record-keeping systems (e.g., LMS, databases).
- Proactive self-starter with a positive attitude, team spirit, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders across departments.
- Must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
