Job Opportunity
Telent are now on the lookout for a Training Coordinator, to be based out of our London (Pirin Court, E16 4TL) office. This role is a 6-month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role. The Training Coordinator role will see you operate from Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start times between 7:00am-10:00am. It is an office-based role.
What You’ll Do
- Administrate and Coordinate day-to-day training and administrative activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.
- Support training-related processes including passes, permits onboarding of new starters, and general coordination support.
- Support the training team by managing shared inboxes, responding to queries, and liaising with internal teams and external providers.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance and effective tracking of activities.
- Coordinate schedules and resources, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and timely delivery of tasks.
- Monitor progress of activities and highlight any risks or delays to support delivery against timelines.

Who You Are
You are a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment, supporting operational delivery and ensuring smooth day-to-day running of activities. You will naturally have good Administration skills, communication skills, and are able to support others in a fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Experience in coordination or administrative roles within a fast-paced environment (desirable).
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ServiceNow is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
