Systems Trainer | Training Delivery Consultant | Insurance London Market

Role Description
Our London-based client requires a Systems Trainer or Training Delivery Consultant to join their team as part of a new system rollout.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a training team to deliver high-quality training to ~1,500 employees via:
- In-person classroom sessions
- Virtual training delivery
- Provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and troubleshooting
- Contribute to the training materials and session planning process

Essential Requirements
- Extensive prior experience in training related to the Insurance sector
- Strong classroom training delivery skills (in-person)
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and engage with diverse audiences
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of London Market Insurance training environments
- Familiarity with Articulate Rise 360 and Whatfix tools
- Experience working in system rollout or training consulting roles

Compensation & Details
- Salary: £500/day (Outside of IR35 frameworks)
- Contract Type: Freelance (FTC) until November 2026
- Work Environment: Predominantly onsite
Travel & Flexibility
- Primarily based in London, with possible travel requirements across the UK
