Join RICS, a globally respected organisation that sets the highest ethical standards across land, real estate, construction and infrastructure, supporting more than 140,000 professionals worldwide.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities

As Training Delivery Manager, you will lead a global team responsible for the successful operational delivery of RICS training products and programmes across multiple markets. This is a people leadership and delivery-focused role, overseeing the end-to-end execution of commercial learning solutions rather than the design or creation of training content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach and develop a global Learning & Development Operations team, creating a high-performance culture that promotes accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of RICS commercial training programmes, ensuring successful scheduling, coordination, logistics, delivery and evaluation across global markets.
  • Manage a high-volume portfolio of digital, virtual and face-to-face training solutions, ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget and to agreed service standards.
  • Oversee operational systems, including LMS, CRM and scheduling platforms, ensuring accurate data, efficient processes and a seamless learner journey.
  • Partner closely with commercial, product, partnerships and events teams to support the successful delivery of public, bespoke and B2B training programmes.
  • Identify and implement operational improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, quality and profitability across the training delivery function.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
